I ordered this brush in Dec 2023 and have loved it so much I ordered one for my daughter in Dec 2024. The new brush arrived yesterday and while it looks the same at the other brush it does not work as well (not even close.) The new brush has bristles that are not (as) dense and it cannot capture the makeup on my face to blend. I'm so disappointed. I looked into claiming the 30 day guarantee, but I will be required to ship the brush back at my expense, and then pay a 15% restocking fee. I'll be lucky to recoup 60% of what I paid for it after all that. Would not recommend this product. I hope Skinbae figures out how to fix this problem. Once upon a time they had a fantastic product. I have the older brush to prove it!
